A Senior BusinessPlans Consultant will manage the Executive B Plan to produce a customised business plan which focuses on documenting a future strategy. This service suits customers looking to do something new or different and who want a strategic mind to help scope the project, predict success and identify potential risks for the reader.
The Executive B Plan may have many uses and assists those who are 'seeking new horizons.' This may mean different things to different businesses and industries.. It may be used to address an internal business issue such as how to increase sales or customer numbers or it may be used to provide a sophisticated professional document to financiers, shareholders or other stakeholders.
How does it work?
The project is managed typically over 1 week with 2 key strategy meetings. In the first meeting the business plan framework is explained, business background documented and the future strategy identified and qualified. The secondly meeting typially occurs by day 4 where the draft business plan is presented. By day 7, the final plan is presented with any client feedback incorporated. The process is highly collaborative and the client stays involved throughout the entire process.
