BusinessPlans Help Desk

If you're taking on the challenge to DIY your business plan, you don't have to do it completely alone. The Help Desk Service gives you a trained BusinessPlans Consultant to speak with as you're working through your plan.

How does it work?
Customers pre purchase blocks of time using Visa, Mastercard or direct deposit.
They are then allocated a Consultant who will be help you for the duration of time chosen.
Local numbers are available for all Australian capital cities.
Time is charged in 15 minute intervals.

Two levels of service:  $45+gst per hour / 3 hour block $120+gst 

There is no limit to how you use the time; customers may phone their Consultant for any one of many reasons including:

• To obtain an overview on how to write a business plan
• To ask specific questions regarding any area of the business plan
• To seek assistance in doing their financial projections
• Any other business planning related issue
  

Customers may have their own business plans template downloaded from the internet or if they prefer, we can supply our own, BusinessPlans Trilogy Template for free which will help add some structure to their DIY business plan.

FAQs:
Q: Will the Consultant write any part of the business plan for me?
A: No, they will speak with customers about any part of a business plan and offer direction.
There are other Services available where Consultants will write the whole plan for customers.

Q: Can I send the Consultant my busines plan to review as I work through it or when I finish?
A: Yes, customers choose how they use their blocks of time.

Q: I already have a template or format I'm following, can you help me through my template?
A: Yes.

Q: Is the service face to face or over the phone?
A: Over the phone.

Q: I am using a business planning software, can you help me?
A: We understand many softwares offer varying support when purchased but as we don't sell software, we can not support it. We can still help however by answering specific business planning questions that will help customers complete questions raised whilst using the software.

A: Are there any other DIY options?
Q: Yes, the Trilogy Workbook and Trilogy Template, $49+gst. Note, the Trilogy Template is available for free to Help Desk customers. The Trilogy Workbook offers 50 pages of guidance and suggestions for customers as they work through their business plan. Phone support available only with the Help Desk Service.
